Plumbing help!

I'm trying to setup the pvc plumbing in my overflow boxes. Most of my fitting screw together, but a few would have to be glued. Do I have to worry about them leaking since in tank? Would like the ability to take a part if won't be an issue.

I dont see it being a problem as long as it's submerged Will it be under pressure? like a return?

For the screw together PVC joints, I always use this-
Plasto-Joint Stick Thread Sealant 1.25oz 11775 - Amazon.com

It's inert and will seal any threaded joint, plus, you can unscrew it if the need arises.

When I do PVC, I always use the primer and glue and let it sit a couple hours before going into my system. Make sure you dry fit everything first!!
