Thanks to those who helped me on my SCPS100 problem. Finally got it to work. Just wondering if this is skimmate that i should throw out?

I would discard any skimmate that is not completely clear. Looks like with some adjusting and some time it will do fine.

Yes, that's skimmate, but very diluted. skimmer may just need a little more break in.
