I have a 37 gallon tank what strength powerhead should I use if I have a HOB filter as well? Right now I have one that pumps 170gph was wo seeing I I should put another small one in there

It would not hurt to put another small PH in the tank, but probably isn't necessary.

Well I have another small one I use for mixing my saltwater which pumps 110gph would that be plenty
