Powerheads - How many for 160L?

Hi guys I have a 160 litre tank how many power heads Gould I have, I currently have one .... Thanks

it all depends for fowlr it would be about 10x gph so 160L is about 50gal so you would want a power head or 2 that turns about 500gph now if you have corals you want more flow around 30x and with sps you want around 50x
