powerheads question

I got 2 powerheads 850 gph each is that enough flow for 55 gallon?


55 gallon Saltwater Tank; 2 Hydor powerheads 850gph;
2 Aquaclear power filters 40 to 70gl; 1 Hydor Slim Protein Skimmer 48 to 65gl; 2 Fluval Heaters; 50lbs Carib Sea Aquascaping Reef Rock; 60lbs CaribSea Arag-Alive Bahamas Oolite Aquarium Sand; Deep Blue SolarMax HE2 Double 48" T5 Strip Light - 28w x2 + Moonlights

On a 75 that I had I had a 1400 & 1050 was way over kill. The sand was always on the move. I think you should be good just so long as you can aim them in a way that you minimize any low flow areas.
120 Mixed Reef Tank.
20g Fresh.
