Protein skimmer help

I am currently cycling my 36 gallon bowfront tank.

I am searching for a protein skimmer, that preferably makes barely and noise or no noise at all? , as the tank is in my room I need it to be silent.

Are there any protein skimmers that anyone would recommend that are quiet and around $100?

if you do plenty of water changes around 15-20% you may be able to switch a skimmer off at night as its only a 36g
