Is there a peaceful puffer for salt water that is good with anemone, clown fish, snails and hermit crab?

None that I know of. Their natural food in the wild are crustaceans, not pellets :/

There are no such thing as a peaceful puffer. There are puffers with different personality. A few are very mellow and won't attack the other stuff you listed; however, the snail will eventually become dinner and Hermit crab will get picked on.

Edit: If you try a puffer, be prepared to separate the puffer if it doesn't work out.

I used to have a juvenile F8 Puffer. My dad killed it while I was on vacation though :/. Proof of the "Puffers dont eat goldfish flake" rule

The puffers that you will have less trouble with are the valentini and sharpnose puffers. Good Luck!!!!!
