Pump for my WetDry

Alright, I have a wetdry for my 90G tank. My LFS gave me an Aquus Surge 6000 to power it and, IMO, it's crazy noisy. When I purchased a Protein Skimmer they gave me a Rio 1700 and it seems SO much quieter.

So, just curious, is the "Aquus" considered a good pump? If it is, I'll deal with the noise, I guess. What pumps tend to be the quietest pumps... right now, I'm thinking Rio is the best.

My AquaClear is silent. If you want the same max flow look at the AquaClear 5000.

My rio 800 took a dump and i added 2 aquaclear 3000's, cant hear a thing.

I'll definitely have to look into those. Any idea where I can actually buy them online? I checked out a couple of places that I go to and they don't seem to have them.

AquaClear PowerHead 110

There are a bunch of them.

I did have an Eheim but it was a HOB filter, worked quite well.

So the 110 is the same thing as the 5000? That explains why I couldn't find it. I'll look into that a little bit more!

I run a Sen 900 as my main return and its a quiet pump. I also run the viaaqua pumps and they are good also.
