Pump size
I just started a 90 gallon reef tank and I'm slowly adding live rock and cleaners now. The pump I am currently using makes too much noise and I need to replace it. What is the recommended flow rate I should buy? I am using a submersible pump and it is placed in my sump.

It depends on the flow rate of your overflow. If you have a 600 gph overflow, you want to match that with a pump that will give you slightly less than 600 gph after head loss.
