Quarintine Tank Setup Advice Needed

I have started a 10 gallon Quarintine Tank and am thinking about starting another one. Is their any particular setup that anyone would suggest I follow in starting and maintaining this tank? You advice is very much appreciated.

Jason,

Use as much water as possible from your existing aquarium and employ the use of an air driven sponge filter. These filters keep the bacteria in the tank functoning since you wont have any substrate for them to colonize. Get an appropriatly sized air pump for the filter - set up a heater - thermo meter, and if you want small power filter to take out any other debris and you should be set.
