Question regarding GPH Flow

hello all - I currently have a FO 90 Gallon tank cycling and just wanted get your input on how much flow I should have regarding GPH. Any ideas? Or maybe you have a formula you all use to estimate? Thanks all,

Rule of thumb: 10 times tank volume per hour. You're looking at 900 GPH. Less with powerheads for extra water movement.
