What is should my salinity be for my tank atm I'm at 1.026 I'm not sure if that is too high or not. Also is it normal for the water level in a sump to be higher after a water change i took 10g out and put 10g back and after 24hrs the level is still higher then it was before the change. All help is appreciated ty

Ato automatic top off? If replacing water due to evaporation then you should use ro water with no salinity. Water evaporates salt stays in adding saltwater will raise salinity to high.

I am topping off with straight water. But after i did a water change i noticed that my sump level hasn't gone back to its reg height and I'm mot sure why

If you take out and put back the same amount it should be the same. Is your tank level normal? Overflow box?

Tank lvl is the same as before. I used a 5gallon bucket to siphon water into and others to put water in so i have no idea why the lvl wont come down
