Quick sump help

So I'm putting together the stuff for my sump. About to order but have no clue what I need in terms of piping/tubing. Here are my items.

Rio 10HF HyperFlow Water Pump - 660 GPH

Aqueon 34500 ProFlex Sump Model 1, 44-55-Gallon

CS50 Siphon Overflow

TOM Aquarium Aqua Lifter Pump 3.5gph flow rate to 30 inches height

Looks right to me. You might need a ball valve on the return. The overflow is only 300gph but there will be head loss on the pump putting it down to, I would only guess here, but about 500gph sounds right. otherwise it sounds good.

Thanks. Didn't know about the ball valve....look into it. Just can't figure out what width of tubing I need. Can't find a diameter of the return on the pump.

Maximum head - 7.5 foot. Output tubing size - 3/4 inch

i would skip the rio and go with a quiet one 3000 or a mag drive 7. they are much better pumps. i've had plenty of those rio's quit on me prematurely.

19mm. Found it. Either way, order placed. Tad to late on the pump info, but should be ok for the time being. Just a start.

check in the pump technical info before you get any pipework,although it may have a 19mm outlet some pumps need that to be enlarged for the stated gph

Lowes/home depot have all the plumbing supplies way cheaper than a LFS.

Please return or sell the RIO and get a Quiet One. Rios are absolute garbage.
