I actually used this when I had my 10 and it grew softies and lps wonderfully

That is great I will get those sometime this week but what kind of soft coral do you think I can get that can last in a 10 for its entire life?

You could do lps (large polyp stony) like acans, hammer, frogspawn , torch, Duncan's, brain corals, trumpet corals, etc
