I want to buy nice affordable lighting for a beginer and then add the appropriate coral any help would be appreciated. Its going to be in a small 10 gal nano tank with hob filter and heater!! Nothing else yet like I said any help would be appreciated

That size tank is a pain to buy lights for, lol. Most lighting fixtures come in 24" and above. There are a few fixtures that come in 20".

Here's a cheap fixture that will allow you to keep a good variety of corals.
