Reef lighting

Hey everyone, wanted some suggestions for some lights for my 55g tank. As of now I have a few soft corals, Xenia, polyps, finger leather, basic easy soft corals. I wanted to start on some SPS and LPS corals but I know that my lighting is not strong enough. I Want to get a few suggestions on some LEDs that you guys are using and have worked well for you. Keep in mind my price range for a single lighting unit is around $200, a total of $400 if I get two fixtures for the 55g tank. Thanks for the help 😃

I'd suggest the taotronics LEDs. 2 will cover a 55. Make sure you get a dimmable unit so you can turn them down so you don't burn the coral you already have in your tank. LEDs penetrate water very well, much better than bulbed units.

Send a message via MSN to mr_X
If you look around enough you should be able to find them for around 100.
