Refugium

Thinking of switching to a refugium from a Hang on filter.

In your opinion what is the best one to purchase and best place to purchase one?

Will this clean my tank better than the Emperor BIO Wheel?

What all will I need beside the actual refugium?

The aquaclear 70 is great that's what I use, I just have a 2.5 gallon hood on top of it to give it light and it's full of chaeto. It comes with a box for the media to go in and if you cut the box into 3 peieces you can use 2 of the pieces to make it so chaeto doesn't leave the filter andso that it doesn't get in the impeller.
