Resealed 150g Tank - GE SILICONE 1

I resealed my tank with GE SILICONE 1. So far its all great... The water has been in the tank approx 4 days with salt... Today when cleaning the glass I bumped one of the corners and a very thin layer of the silicone is coming off... Would the salt be stripping the silicone?
