I was wondering and need help picking a return pump for my refugium... I was wanting to get something that I wont have to spend a lot of money on... Where could get one...

A lot of people recommend the Mag Drive or the Quiet One pumps, however on the cheap I'd go Quiet One.
Not sure what GPH you're looking to get, but the 2200 series @ 594 gph will run $55 from DrsFosterSmith.
For less gph pumps, maxijet and Mag Drive will run around $70.

Ok thanks its just for a 30 gallon ran to a 10 gal refugium

I don't see why not. My return on my 54 is only 474 gph and works fine.
