The ro/di water: can I use it right from the barrel I store it in via pitcher to my tanks? I'm supplementing with Kent. Or do I have to do anything else?

Well.... I use it straight from RODI. Only benefit of using products like Prime would be added slime coat. But I am not en expert so.....
My friend using water straight from the tap, automatically makes 10% change every day. It's all freshwater tanks of course. So it's possible to usue water without any additives and have happy and healthy fish.
P.S. we are in northern nj so water is really nasty, not recommended for human consumption but fish love it.
