Ro/Di smells wiered?

I can't put my finger on it but chlorine maybe is this normal? My TDS is 0.03 not sure if I want to use this water anymore.

RODI water should not smell like chlorine. I would test that and make sure there are no chlorine or chloramines getting through.
 
Tested 0 but has a awkward smell. Maybe it's the buffer I use I'm my top off water?
