Rotifers and copepods

Just a little advice if possible please?

I got me a pouch of Rotifers and Copepods. I was just wondering how I get them in my tank. So I strain them like I do with my live foods and then add to the tank or do I just pour them in? I've left the pouches floating at the top of the tank for a while to get them established to the warmth as they were just sat there in pouches at the store.

I have just thrown in the whole pouch on the few ocassions I have added them. To be honest i never saw much as far as the pouches of pods, hopefully you will have better luck.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I've ordered copepods before with some luck. Turned off all the pumps powerheads and dumped in the contents. A few hours later I went to turn on the pumps and saw a couple tiny little things on the glass that I assume were copepods.
