Hi, my tang and angel LOVE this stuff. I put it in the tank on a clip before I leave for work in the mornings, and when I get home it's gone! I've found that folding it in half will prevent it from breaking apart in the water too. I've also bought Julian Sprung's purple algae and alternate it with that. Not sure if "algae is algae" (any expert opinions out there?) but figured they wouldn't mind a little variety
