Saltwater tank that looks like a FW setup

I was wondering if anyone could give me feedback on a picture I saw of a fish tank setup with Marine fish but with what looks like a sand bottom some sandstone rocks and a lot of green plants. Is this a stable alternative setup or would the fish struggle in such an environment????

Pic attached

Thanks

Adam

LoL! That looks crAzy. His fish may be confused but if they are getting enough food and the water quality is good I bet they don't mind the odd scenery. Sandstone doesn't leach anything weird, huh?

For some reason that picture looks tampered with. Maybe the scan makes the fish look super imposed. Are you confident of the source?
