What is the easiest way to clean the sand? I just recently stocked me tank and the sand became brown within 3 days. Theres also pellets all over the sand bed that my inverts aren't taking care of.

Fan it while your doing a water change.

The brown spots are diatoms - a good clean-up crew will take care of that.

If you have pellets left all over the sand you are overfeeding.

:agree:

you are going to run into some trouble rather quickly with that much food in the tank. i would use a siphon hose when doing a water change and vacuum all of that out taking care not to suck up the sand. i would also change food if they aren't eating what you are putting in the tank.
