Scorpion/angler question

I've been thinking about getting a scorpionfish or an anglerfish (Antennarius) and I have a bunch of questions.

-What are some recommended beginner-friendly species for both kinds of fish?
-What's the generally accepted tank size for each fish?
-Can an anglerfish live in a nano reef setup? If so, what are some suitable tankmates?
-How venomous, exactly, are the more commonly-kept scorpionfish species?

Any help you can provide would be super-fantastic!

I'm not too sure about the scorpion fish, but I was doing a lot of research on the angler fish and found out that whatever they can fit their mouth around they will eat it. I read a lot of post that they end up eating clown fish, fire fish or whatever. You need to keep them in a tank with bigger fish, or at least feed them a lot. I see people put them in 40 gallon plus tanks.
