The tank has been cycling for the past three weeks kind of hesitant to move all of my livestock over to the new tank until my lights come in on wensday, do you think I should be fine putting them in and using the old light system until then?

it's impossible to answer that question. we don't know about your old system, or your new system. how you cycled it, what livestock you have, the old lighting V.S. the new lighting..etc.
if you could enlighten us, maybe we could throw an opinion or two your way.
