Is this a good deal? and is this a good skimmer?

ASM G3 Skimmer w/ mod kit and gate valve $150.00

I am picking up a Oceanic 120 Reef Ready aquarium (48x24x24) on friday and the guy has this for sale too.

What would be a good size sump for this size tank. It must fit under the stand and live some room for storage.

That is a good skimmer, but I would recommend buying a brand new Octo NW150 for basically the same price as the used G3. The NW150 and G3 are almost identical in size and performance.

The best size sump is the biggest you can fit under the stand. You can probably get a 30g in there, or at least easily fit a 20 long.
