I don't see a reason to add anything now. Wait til after your cycle and then determine if you need to add it.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I would not add it. Just cycle your tank checking only ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. After your tank has cycled do a 33% PWC and then check your other parameters. You really should not dose anything you dont test for.

Thanks, do you think 3 koralia 1200 gallon per hour powerheads are enough water movement for a 120 gallon tank 48 X 24 X 24. Doesn't seem like there is enough movement in water. Cyano algae is growing and diatoms

I'm using 2 koralia 1400's in my 125g and it seems excessive combined with my return flow. It might be ok for you if you're having issues.

If your coralline doesn't grow well for you after the cycle raise your calcium and do water changes. All those chemicals do that add coralline is add supplements that are in every standard salt mix.
