should I take it out

I've been cycling for about 4.5 weeks and it finally looks like I'm near the end of the cycle. Should I go ahead and take the decaying shrimp out? Or just let them be? My ammonia is at zero. My nitrites are slowly but steadily declining (about 3.0 right now). And my nitrates are slowly but steadily increasing (about 15 right now). What should I do? :?

I would say its safe to take it out now..

Should be fine. I removed mine after my ammonia had peeked and when it reached about .10 ppm then I supplemented my tank with meaty foods for the bacteria to munch on until my fish came out of the QT process.
