Question simple but complicated question

If I top off a saltwater tank, do I use freshwater? Because when the water evaporates the salt stays behind? Or do I use new saltwater?

125 malawi cichlid, 110 Discus, 75 reef, 30 reef, 27 reef, 4 planted

yep, use freshwater (ideally RO) to top off, otherwise you'll be slowly increasing the salinity.
