small power head/water circulation

does anyone know of a type/brand of small powerhead for that would give a decent amount of output but would not be too obtrusive in a 14 gallon tank? i bought a small rio but it is still way too big, it becomes the focus of the tank so i returned it.

i am not sure if i need a second powerhead even though.. is there a way to tell? it seems that it is a pretty circular motion with not too many dead zones, however I have heard that a circular motion is not necessarily a good thing (at least for larger tanks).

I dont know if you would need another one. There are alot of sites to calculate GPH but you may be fine with one good one.

There is a lot of hype about the new Tunze Nano PH. It is about $68 which is actually cheap for a Tunze.

It is a new product as far as availibility but is suppose to start rolling in the US in the next week or so.

Here they are: http://www.aquariumspecialty.com/cat...oducts_id=1073

Those Tunze powerhead were on display at MACNA. Very, very cool!

I have an aquaclear 20 in my 30 gallon that isn't too bad size wise. Maybe you can for for an Aquaclear 10 and try that out for size.
