Snails and hermit crabs

I have a new 75 gallon tank and was wondering how many snails and hermit craps to put in. And which type would be the most efficient at keeping my tank clean and keeping the peace. It is goin to be a reef tank.

as many as you like to look at and can provide food for. they don't really keep the tank clean though, as they eat and poop just like the fish do. water changes and a mag float are the best tools for that IME.
