Snowflake eel

I purchased a snowflake eel Monday. He was swimming around and doing great. I haven't seen him in like two or three days. I looked around my living room to see if he possibly jumped out of my tank but I didn't see him. Could he possibly be hiding under my rocks. I also found him the first morning swimming in my sump tank. I think he went into my overflow box and down my drain hose. What do you guys think?

Hmm, I guess he likes to play hide and seek. How did you get him back in the tank when you found him in your sump? Also, what do you feed him?

Is there a cover on the tank? Have you checked in the overflow lines again? Do you have any other pets in the house? I would move the rocks around to see if he is in there...
