Eh. Well, there's so many things going on all at once, it's difficult to determine exactly what the issue is, so best to just start attacking all of them. Big water change solves, or at least dilutes, most problems.
 
It might help to have reference shots. For example, you listed a few unhappy looking corals. Take daily pictures while working to make them happy again, so you can track whether they are improving or not.
