yeah it says pre-drilled tank for coral. Do you have to drill holes in the tank to have the corals or reefs in dont even know what they are called. I have seen pictures and tanks in the pet stores and they are so pretty

No if you have a sump you can use an external overflow box, if you dont have a sump it can be a tank contained reef with hob skimmer and filters

An overflow box creates a continuos siphon to take the thin top layer of water out of the main tank and push it to the sump(usually below the tank), here is where your skimmer, heater and other stuff will be after traveling through the baffles the water goes back into the return pump and into the main tank again.

Well then your gonna need:
heater
filters (or preferably skimmer)
powerheads
salt, sand, Live Rock
Lighting (compact flourescent, T5HO, Metal Halide)
if you do a sump :
another tank or water safe, food grade container
overflow box
hoses
return pump
that should get you started, remember this is just the basics and all obtainable for a moderate price,
if you want the best system possible it will get costly.(might I suggest Craigslist.org

check locally on craigslist first for good deals then there are a multitude of equipment sights. Drs foster and smith are one of my favorite. Even ebay.
