Starting my 240 gallon in wall build

pistols will kill fish and other shrimp. Basically anything they have in range of their "pistol"

Will you have front access to the tank?

I will have a couple of cabinet doors there, but not really much because it will only be 6-7”. I dont really need access in the front though. That whole area behind the tank will be devoted to the setup. Even an ro/di system plumbed right into the house water lines 10 feet from the back of the tank.
 
Makes sense. Are you painting the back of the tank?

That why I asked if you have access to the front. I am starting an in wall tank. But my current tank has its back painted and not having the ability to see and work from the front would make maintenance difficult.
 
yea, I think its gonna be difficult no matter what though. plus I usually have rock all the way up the back wall and the glass spaces between the rock gets covered with algae anyway.
 
make a curtain for the back of your tank. clean look from the front. practical for maintenance from the back. just an idea. oh yeah, im following along too.

2nd is a candycane/trumpet coral, pic is weird though its a neon green color. 3rd pic is a monti cap

Progress on the tank hasn't moved any. Mainly because I'm finishing the entire basement along with the small tank project. But becuase I'm at work and bored decided to get a fish list going. The current plan...
