starting up a 55 gal

just started a 55 galon tank with tep water, added sea salt , and then live sand. tanl now really cloudy

The sand should selttle itself over a few days.

what about the sand that made it to the wet/dry filter when i pour the sand in?? what do i do??

Leave it. Shouldn't be a problem.

i hope your getting some liverock for ur 55 tank and a good protien skimmer like a remora c also tap water isnt that great it may work for you but i had horrible algea blooms and i have to get a ro unit
