I had a blue damsel that chased a 15” snowflake eel around my tank... Introducing them at the end can help but its all about personality of the individual fish.

Once you are cycled and still haven't figured out a nice starter fish take these into consideration, I have them in my tank.

Chalk Bass
Royal Gamma
Neon Goby
Yellow Watchman Goby
