Starting with a Fu Man Chu.

I want to make a saltwater tank. It will be my first Salt water, but I've kept a few of the more difficult fresh water fish with no deaths due to water conditions. I had little interest in saltwater until I saw the Fu Man Chu Lion. I know t is eneraly considered difficult but feeding it will not be a problem as I have trained needlefish to eat frozen and the Lion shouldn't be more difficult to train than that. I would apreciate any advice you can give me, how to set up the tank is my main question, but I would also apreciate price. If you think the Fu Man Chu is to difficult for a saltwater beginner please tell me, but my first fresh water was a planted discus tank.
I'm not interested in coral, just the fish.
