Your choices are limited...there are various Gobies that would work...possum wrasses...Firefish...not much else comes to mind for fish. Maybe an interesting crab or two?

One thing about clown gobies and the like, having cool things for them to perch on really makes it an experience. Some overlooks and bridges made in the rockwork in a big mushroom or zoa garden would be pretty amazing.
