Substrate Advice

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone has ever used the Grey Coast Calcite before? Seachem says that the Calcite actually has a slightly higher buffering capacity than aragonite. Anyone know if this is true?
Does anyone have any pics of black/dark sand in a tank? Thanks!

This is Hara's tank.... The top tank is the one with the blk sand.

This is my tank.... I have the blk sand underneath the "ls", I will be mixing it soon.

Black sand is a bit more difficult to keep clean, but I like it a lot. I think the Grey Coast is the same that I used.

Thanks for the quick replies! I like the look of the black sand and i think that i'm going to go ahead with it, even if it means a little more cleaning...
