Sump!!!!

If I have a 60 gallon reef , how big of a sump would I need ?

I have a 60 gallon and people very helpful on here told me to get a 20 or 30 gallon sump. Hope that helps.

+1... Imo your sump should be 1/3-1/2 the size of your DT but if you can go bigger then that I would.

The rule on sumps is : bigger is better. The biggest you can fit with the space you have. You could conceivably have a sump bigger than your display tank. I have a 40 gallon on my 75 DT.
