if i was to use super glue to fix my powerhead would that effect my water quality???

I dont think so, from what I have heard and done no.

I know some people use it to glue corals down..

make sure the glue contains cyanoacrelate and you're good to go.

GEL superglue will be fine for the tank. Its used all the time for coral frag gluing. What is broke on the PH?
