Are you having a nutrient issue that leads you to believe your corals would do better if you dosed vodka?

Well my nitrates are 0 with api kit I know I have phosphate but I haven't been able to get my hand on a test kit yet so I don't know exactly where my phosphate levels are. I have some cyano and some of my corals are a bit brown my chalice bleached out its coming back slowly now but I've read those are all signs of high phosphates.
