Supplements during initial cycling?

Should I be adding supplements durinbg the initial cycling phase? I have a 55 gal with 50# lr (+15# dead) and 25# LS (+50# crushed coral sand). If so, which additives?

IMO (and I'm no expert) you shouldn't be adding ANYTHING unless you have a reason to. Also, you shouldn't add anything you can't test for.
