End of week 3

Nitrates 0ppm
Nitrites 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm

Is that normal???

Did the test 3 times and all said same thing,, nitrates look between the 0 and 5ppm,, is my tank done cycling?

It seems like a small cycle, but it did cycle apparently. Personally I would add an ammonia source to get the ammonia up to 4ppm and let it convert that, but if you go slow, one fish every couple of weeks should be ok.

If I had to guess I would say you are still only in stage 2 of the nitrogen cycle. You need to test your phosphate. I guarantee it is at least 2.0 ppm. This would mean that you still have to got through the nitrite and nitrate cycle. And to complete the cycle you need to do a 10-20% water change to complete the cycle in order to remove the nitrates which if they get high enough they will do some major damage.
Good luck and test those phosphates!
