ne1 think a tank with one way glass would work?
my tang sees my come by and kinda ducks for cover occasionaly
(nervous i guess)
if i had one way glass then she wouldnt see me comming and be much more relaxed

what do u think??

I would not do that, It's cool to have your fish to be able to see you and be "involved". Your tang will get use to you in time and come out in the open. If you have to be stuck in a glass box, you should be able to see outside(and think) outside the box.

BTW It's really neat when a fish follows you around

I don't think you will find a good quality one way glass anyway.

fish hate mirrors. triggers aggressive response. I have read this several times, but have no firsthand experience with it.

I have first-hand experience with it and I can tell you that they will act aggressive, since most marine fish are territorial. My tank was positioned in such a way that the light caused a reflection on one of the sides and my clowns kept battling their reflection.

Your idea still sounds pretty cool and might be more suitable for bigger tanks, where the fish don't seem as trapped.
