So my tank has finished its cycle, Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, all are at zero. Now the tank is getting diatoms on the LR, Substrate, and glass. I know that this is normal, but my question is:

Should I clean off the diatoms off of the glass now, or let them flourish until they run their course, to eventually slow down?

I would add some turbo astrea snails...prolly 10 would do it... they love the stuff...
