Tank swapping question

I'm upgrading from a 75 gallon to a 210. The problem is that the new tank must be set up where the current one is. The new tank is up and running with live rock at the guy's house and we're going to move it Saturday. I'm worried about doing a straight swap but see no other option. Has anyone dealt with this and have any advice?

Get a bunch of 5 gal buckets and heaters?

I was kind of thinking about putting everything from the 75 in the bathtub with a heater until the 210 was set up? I'm also worried about an ammonia spike after everything is put in the new tank.

I wouldn't put it in the bathtub. Who knows what cleaners u used on it and what they could do to the water and rock that's in it. I would get either buckets or the 30 gal storage tubs from rubbermaid
